We ship same day order is received (Before 3PM, from Bangalore)

We offer free standard shipping India-wide and provide the option for Express shipment as well, for an additional fee. Contact +91 96067 15110

Delivery times may vary due to high order volumes and during peak periods – you can contact us for any queries related to your order. (See below)

STANDARD POST - DTDC

The standard delivery times are:

  • We will ship from Bangalore same day or latest the day after receiveing the order. We are shipping woth DTDC and on Cash on Delivery we are using Delhivery. 1-7 Business days for India wide, including most regional areas.

Tip: Delivery will likely be attempted during business hours, so you may prefer to provide your work address. Please make sure include a business name in your address.

EXPRESS POST

If you want to select Express shipment to your order, we will use DT/DC express shipping service. In most cases, your order is delivered the following business day after it is dispatched. Delivery times are dependent on DT/DC´s express shipping coverage network. While this service will be faster than the regular postage speeds, it can still take several business days, depending of your location. All shipments are sent from Bangalore.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as you can, quoting your order number and we will try our best to help. Please note that most orders are processed and dispatched within a few hours of placement and we might be unable to cancel or make changes after this time. LATE DELIVERIES

You can track your order with the DT/DC tracking number you receive once your order has been dispatched. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to make any changes – we recommend you get in touch with DT/DC directly.. If you have not received your tracking number or are having any issues with the delivery of your item, please contact our Customer Service Team.
